FINALS for PE, FPF and HEALTH
All posts must be made by this Friday, May 27, 2011. All classes should be prepared to complete the teaching segment of the final in class. If you have any questions, please see me ASAP!

PE FINAL PROJECT UPDATE
Everyone should be working to complete each of the following before Finals Week:
1. Select an activity to teach.
2. Written paper summarizing health-realted fitness components, teaching activity, and summer fitness plans.
3. Use my notes on your paper to make edits where necessary.
4. Create a PE entry on your portfolio/blogspot ( type in your edited, written paper from class)
5. Get ready to teach your lesson!

Foundations of Personal Fitness (FPF)
Final Guidelines:
1. Reflection on Health-Related Fitness Components.
2. Choose a component of health-related fitness that you wish to improve/maintain.
3. Research types of physical activities that are related to improving that component of health-related fitness.
4. Create a PE lesson that focuses on developing that health-related fitness component.
5. Teach the lesson segment to the class.
