Reduce Your Intake Of Fat
ReplyDelete.My topic is base on how can you reduce your intake of fats. My lesson explains what can you do to reduce heart rate. I t also tell us how much grams most teen boys/girls need. My topic relate to maintain health and/or wellness because its mostly talking about how much fat can increase the risk of heart disease.
.My details from my activity are the steps i had to do. I first got to put the fast food or snack item i eat,and then the portion size of each over the three days. From there I need to determine the total # of fat grams I consumed during three day period
.Ways to reduce body fat is to maintain your body wit lees fats. You need to reduce eating fast food. Increasing your daily exercise like if you go to the store you can walk and that would be healthier to your body.
.I chose this activity because it sound easy. But the main reason was because I wanted to decrease my body fat.A other reason was that the tittle caught my attention. I also chose this because you would reduce body fat and give a Healthy body.
.Well for summer i am planing to use the advices of my activity.I also going to increase my exercise to the max.I am going to drink more water because my body needs it.I also want to get fit and be a healthier young man
Managing Stress.

The topic i chose is Managing Stress. I chose this topic because it is important to know what stress can cause, s tress can cause any injures emotionally and mentally.
Sometimes stress can cause many things in your body such as having physical and mental problems. Stress can come from worrying too much about a problem, and sometimes we teenagers school cause stress because of your teachers, classes, boyfriends, and friends.
Stress can be managed by starting to change your daily life routine. For ex: get involve in a sport you really like, or for me i just listen to music and ignore whats around me. For other teenagers they can relieve their stress by going out with their friends, having a family picnic, playing your favorite instrument and so on. This activities distracts you the cause that is causing you stress.
ACTIVITY:
In a piece of paper divided into two half's and in one half write the things that make you feel stressed out. In the other half write what can you do to manage or relieve the stress you have, and that will help you alot because you going to know how to relieve your own stress by your own reason or opinion.
My plan for this summer is get daily exercise for at least 30 to 60 minutes a day. And also try to eat more healthy food and less junk food, drink more water daily. My goal is to be much healthier the year coming than this year that is almost finished.
Practicing Safety Strategies
ReplyDeleteMy topic is practicing safety strategies,which is base on staying safe and so you wont be a victim of violence or anything else.This topic is important cause everyone need to be safe and secure there own family,being safe can be easy but you just need some tips to know how to.Safety strategies are good for our health cause it would keep us safe and wont get traumatized or something bad about it.
ACTIVITY:
So my activiy us that im going to tell everyone of how to be safe, and to practice this safe strategies tips.So everyone in there groups or by them self think of 3 safe , and unsafe situations.So for a example if someone aproches you in a car and tell you that hes lost and want you to get close to the windows. Many safe strategies can be express by body language and self determination.
SUMMER:
Well for summer i think of going outside to play soccer an stuff,lift some weights, drink more water instead of soda.Also to not be outside alot in bed so i can get some fresh air and not being a couch potato.
